Availability

Although I endeavour to keep the website updated, artwork might be sold through other galleries and as such I cannot guarantee availability of each item in stock.  If the item you purchase is out of stock, I will advise you straight away and will refund any payments immediately.  

Purchasing

Apon purchasing, please provide a delivery address with any special instructions.

Prices

All prices on the website are in UK Pounds.  All payments must be made in £UK.

Shipping & international

For small artworks, shipping within the UK is free of charge. For International shipping there will be a flat rate of £25.

For large artworks, shipping within the UK will be £20. For international shipping there will be a flat rate of £50

For art retreats and courses/workshops, I would prefer payment via BACS transfer (online banking) this is to avoid website payment costs.  If you are able to do this, please contact me.

Please note that all shipments to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be your responsibility. If a delivery is refused and left in customs, you will be responsible for its return back to me including any duties applied for both export and import.

Delivery

Artwork on paper are professionally packaged in cardboard tubes

Wood panels and canvases will be packaged securely and delivered by special courier, such UK Parcel Force or an International shipping company. Sometimes specialist art couriers will be used. You may arrange collection if you prefer.  Please contact me with any questions about shipping or delivery costs. Please note that all shipments to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be your responsibility

Refund Policy

I hope you are very happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please email me within 7 days. Return of items should be within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging (ie in a saleable condition) for an exchange or refund. I regret that return post and packing costs cannot be refunded. Please send items Recorded Delivery only. All shipping costs including return shipping costs are non-refundable.
